Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Monitor order processing for all India & ensure timely execution.
  2. Monitor Pending Orders on regular basis.
  3. Monitoring Self stock verification on monthly basis.
  4. Implement SOP for Inventory Planning and Control.
  5. Performing CFA appointments, renewals & closure activity.
  6. Monitor CFA operations on monthly basis to improve customer satisfaction index.
  7. Monitor Inventory and internal stock movement to maintain Inventory levels as per MSLs at all CFAs.
  8. Classification of stock, periodic review, resetting MSL at each CFA level.
  9. Solve stock related queries of CFA, Warehouse and Manufacturing units.
  10. Attend and resolve Customer / CFA complaints.
  11. Raising debit note to CFA for corrective action to improve service level of CFA.
  12. Coordination with Production and Imports on availability of material as per the plan.
  13. MIS circulation fortnightly for reagents and instruments to Zones and PMG.
  14. MIS circulation of Pending order VS stock.
  15. Coordinate and follow up with Zones / Distributors and PMG for invoicing.
  16. Statutory compliance and collection of pending form.
  17. Assure compliance of monthly schemes, price list and other SOPs.
  18. Ensure implementation FEFO through system.
  19. Participate in Audits and close audit reports by taking corrective actions.
  20. Improve / automate various processes.
