2. To set, monitor & achieve top line of all the segments (I/R/NH/Service) of the Zones for Instruments and Reagents.
3. To support and interface Distribution Management for achieving the Distributor sales.
4. To authorise and monitor the tour programs of ZMs / Dy. ZM for effective sales.
5. To monitor and ensure outstanding collections of each of the zones.
6. To ensure recruitment & right deployment of sales, application & service field staff in the zones.
7. To maintain sales/expense ratio of the division.
8. To make schemes for the division.
9. To identify and start new HQs to help penetration in the market.
10. To interact & interface with Key accounts to conclude big sales deal.
11. To motivate, support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target.
12. To get customer feedback & ensure their satisfaction.
13. To conduct various marketing activities in collaboration with marketing department.
14. To ensure technical product training for his team.
15. To ensure administrative support activities on time.
